BLAST & SHOT BLAST CLEANING SERVICES
Blast cleaning using a choice of abrasives, pressure and techniques depending on the surface being cleaned and your specifications. Blast and shot blasting cleaning is ideal for descaling, deburring and removing oxides and other surface contaminants, and is well suited to awkward interiors as well as open surfaces.
We use our experience in order to achieve the required result. The task may vary, from establishing a surface profile to promote adhesion for a specific type of paint or coating to be applied afterwards, or just for extending the life of the surface.
Our onsite blast cleaning service is ideal for buildings, industrial buildings and large machinery whilst our in-house blasting booths can accomodate items from as small as a coin to as large as a car chassis.

VAPOUR BLASTING
Vapour blasting, also known as wet blasting, gives a finer finish than grit or bead blasting. The surface being treated is cleaned by the flow of water carrying the cleaning media and not by impact making it ideal for softer materials and giving the ultimate finish.
This treatment is suitable for degreasing, cleaning of dies and moulds, removal of paint, rust, carbon and other industrial deposits, satin or stainless steels and other special materials, where it is important not to disturb the material being cleaned.
SHOT BLASTING, GRIT, BEAD AND UHP WATER BLASTING
Shooting abrasive particles known as shot blasting at a surface is the fastest and most thorough means of achieving many objectives -- cleaning, descaling, deburring and removing oxides and other surface contaminants, and it can do it for awkward interiors as well as open surfaces.
What is used as an abrasive, the force with which it is blasted and the medium used to create the pressure are all variables that we can confidently manipulate in order to achieve the required result. The task may vary, from establishing a surface profile to promote adhesion to a specific type of paint or coating to be applied afterwards, to just maintaining the efficiency and life expectancy of the surface.
